Junior triathlon – weekly training
Training 4 sessions a week at The Abbey, Just Tri for juniors is perfect for 8 years plus who can swim 100m comfortably. Pick 1, 2 3 or all 4 sessions weekly
Wednesday 5.30pm 45 mins swim
Wednesday 6.15pm 45 mins bike / run
Friday 6.30pm 45 mins swim
Sunday 11.15am bike / run 45 mins
During the winter the dry training will concentrate on run skills only.
Fabulous triathlon summer camps 2017
New for Just Add Water this year has been our Junior ‘Just … Tri’ Triathlon camps with Tri Coach Cate Read assisted by Adrian Goodhand and Rob Pollard.
The Taster camp held at half term was such a great success with the two summer camps held in July and August finishing on a high for all concerned. The junior triathletes were all amazing and worked so hard, with such great enthusiasm ….
Well done to everyone and we look forward to seeing you for the weekly Just Tri sessions starting in September.
