Exercising in water offers a multitude of health and fitness benefits.  The buoyancy offered by the water creates a low / non impact form of exercise, perfect for people of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitnesss including those recovering from an injury, exercise beginners, elderly people, pregnant women as well as sports people from all backgrounds looking for cross training opportunities or an oportunity to work harder for longer.

The water pressure aids blood flow back to your heart allowing you to work harder for longer, burning more fat than you could burn doing many land based exercises. Our classes include basic water aerobics through to more advanced training sessions for the fitter exerciser using th natural resistance of the water as well as equipment to focus your efforts even more.

Shallow water classes available at our wonderful Woolland location on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10am.

Booking essential as numbers are restricted in some classes.  The registration form for all new aquacisers is at the bottom of this page …..


Deep water classes available at Milton Abbey, Fridays 6.30pm and Wednesday at 7pm

And at the very lovely pool at Gorcombe near Blandford
